Delight Motion LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects our clients and website visitors to do the same. This policy explains how we handle our content,
client materials, third-party assets, and copyright infringement claims.
1. Delight Motion Content
Original content created by Delight Motion, including website content, graphics, branding, animations, videos, designs, text, and other creative materials, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use our original content without permission.
2. Third-Party Templates & Assets
Some projects may use licensed third-party templates, graphics, animations, fonts, music, stock media, software, AI tools, or other creative assets.
These resources are used according to their applicable licenses and may be customized by our team to create the final deliverable.
Third-party source files or assets are not automatically transferred to clients unless permitted by the applicable license and specifically included in the project.
3. Client-Supplied Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring that logos, images, videos, music, fonts, trademarks, text, and other materials they provide to Delight Motion can legally be used.
Clients must not provide materials that infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Delight Motion is not responsible for infringement resulting from unauthorized materials supplied by a client.
4. Final Client Deliverables
After full payment, clients receive the applicable usage rights for the final deliverables included in their purchased service.
Unless specifically included, editable/source files, third-party template files, unused concepts, internal production files, and Delight Motion’s reusable creative assets are not included.
5. Copyright Complaints & DMCA Notices
If you believe that content available on the Delight Motion website infringes your copyright, please contact us with:
- Your name and contact information
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The URL or location of the content
- An explanation of the alleged infringement
- A statement that the complaint is made in good faith
- A statement confirming that the information provided is accurate
- Your electronic or physical signature
6. Review & Removal
After receiving a valid copyright complaint, Delight Motion may review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the reported content.
7. False Claims
Copyright complaints must be submitted in good faith.
Knowingly submitting false or misleading copyright claims may result in legal consequences.
