This policy explains how we respond to copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Digital Delivery
All original content created by Delight Motion, including text, graphics, branding elements, and custom design work, is protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
2. Use of Third-Party Templates and Assets
Some of the Design Elements, Templates, Animations, Graphics, or Media used in our projects are available from licensed third-party marketplaces.
These resources are used under valid commercial licenses and are customized by our team to create final products for our clients.
Delight Motion does not sell or distribute template files themselves. Our service involves customizing licensed resources and producing a final deliverable for the client.
3. Client Deliverables
Clients receive the final customized output created for their project. Template source files from third-party marketplaces may not always be included unless permitted by the original license.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients must ensure that any materials they provide (Logos, Images, Videos, Music, or Other Content) do not violate Copyright, Trademark, or Intellectual property laws.
Delight Motion is not responsible for copyright violations caused by materials supplied by clients.
5. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
If you believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint including:
- Your name and contact information
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The location (URL) of the allegedly infringing content
- A statement that the claim is made in good faith
- A statement that the information provided is accurate
- Your electronic or physical signature
6. Removal of Content
Upon receiving a valid complaint, we may investigate the claim and remove or disable access to the content if necessary.
7. False Claims
Submitting false copyright claims may result in legal consequences. Please ensure all complaints are made in good faith.
