1. Digital Delivery
All completed work and final files will be delivered digitally through email or secure file transfer services such as download links or cloud storage.
2. Delivery Time
Our typical delivery times are:
Logo Animation: 24–72 hours
Graphic Design: 24–96 hours
Video Editing: 24–96 hours
For larger or more complex projects such as Web Design & Development or Social Media Marketing, additional time may be required depending on the project scope. The timeline will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before the project begins.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all required materials such as logos, images, text, videos, or project instructions before work begins. Delays in providing these materials may affect the delivery timeline.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Once the final files are sent to the client via email or download link, the order will be considered delivered and completed.
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing the delivered files.
5. Delivery Issues
