Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide can legally be used.
5. Delivery
Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:
Logo Animation: 24–72 hours
Graphic Design: 24–96 hours
Video Editing: 24–96 hours
Estimated delivery times are shown on the relevant product or service page.
Delivery time begins once payment has been received and all required project materials and instructions have been provided.
Delays caused by missing information, late approvals, additional requests, or changes to the project may extend the delivery time.
6. Revisions & Changes
Revision limits depend on the selected product, package, or service.
Revisions are intended for reasonable adjustments to the original project.
Requests for a completely new concept, additional deliverables, or work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any logos, images, videos, music, fonts, trademarks, or other materials they provide do not infringe the rights of others.
After full payment, the client receives the applicable usage rights for the final files delivered for the purchased project.
Unless specifically included in the package, editable/source files, working files, templates, unused concepts, and internal production assets are not included.
Delight Motion retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, tools, methods, resources, and reusable creative assets.
8. Portfolio & Promotional Use
Unless a client requests confidentiality or otherwise agrees with us in writing, Delight Motion may display completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, case studies, and promotional materials.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms, software, payment processors, hosting providers, AI tools, plugins, stock assets, analytics services, or file-delivery platforms.
Third-party services may have their own terms, licensing requirements, pricing, limitations, or availability.
Delight Motion is not responsible for interruptions, changes, or failures caused by third-party services outside our control.
10. Service Limitations & Results
For services such as digital marketing, SEO, social media, advertising, AI services, and website development, Delight Motion provides professional services based on the agreed scope.
However, we do not guarantee specific business results such as sales, revenue, followers, views, leads, advertising performance, search rankings, or engagement.
Results can depend on factors outside our control.
11. Cancellation, Refunds & Termination
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service and the amount of work already completed.
Digital products and completed services may have limited or no refund eligibility after delivery or work has started.

Delight Motion may suspend or terminate a service if a client violates these Terms, provides unlawful materials, engages in abusive behavior, or otherwise creates a serious risk to our business or team.
12. Limitation of Liability
Delight Motion is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of data, or technical problems caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability relating to a specific service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.
