At Delight Motion, we provide custom digital services such as Logo Animation, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Web Design and Development, Social Media Marketing. Since all services are created specifically for each client, the following refund policy applies.
1. Digital Services
All services sold on this website are digital and non-tangible. Because of this, returns are not applicable once work has started.
2. No Refunds After Work Has Started
Once an order has been confirmed and our team has started working on the project, refunds cannot be issued. This includes situations where:
Design or animation work has begun
Drafts, previews, or concepts have been created
Production time has been allocated for the project
3. Cancellation Before Work Starts
All services sold on this website are digital and non-tangible. Because of this, returns are not applicable once work has started.
4. Revisions Instead of Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we will make reasonable revisions according to the project scope to ensure the final result meets the agreed requirements.
Revisions may include minor adjustments such as:
Text or color changes
Timing adjustments in animations
Small design improvements
Major changes that require a new concept or additional work may require an additional charge.
5. Client Delays
Delivery timelines depend on receiving the required files, instructions, and feedback from the client. Delays caused by missing materials or late responses do not qualify for refunds.
6. Project Abandonment
If a client does not respond or provide required materials for 30 days or more, the project may be considered abandoned. In such cases, the order will be closed and no refund will be issued.
7. Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to pause or cancel the project until the issue is resolved.
